Associate Creative Director-Copy

Role Overview: You will report to the Creative Director at Havas Life and oversee the creative efforts of copy and/or art supervisors or creative groups. As an Associate Creative Director (ACD), your key responsibility will be to produce high-quality core concept material and visuals for clients. You will engage with clients at a brand level and above, contributing strategically to the creative process. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative ideas and execute integrated initiatives across various channels. - Deep understanding of the client's brand and industry landscape. - Collaborate with project teams to refine creative briefs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience demographics. - Review work from junior teams and provide constructive feedback. - Pitch ideas to clients, incorporate feedback, and present concepts effectively. - Proficiency in digital and traditional channels, including social media platforms and content creation. - Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and expand project scopes. - Mentor junior talent, provide creative guidance, and foster a culture of innovation. - Support Creative Directors in talent acquisition and management.
