As an Associate Creative Director (Copy) at MediaMonks India, you will collaborate with brand teams to create captivating campaigns for both domestic and international clients. Your role will involve utilizing your leadership skills to conceptualize and execute digital and social campaigns, with a strong emphasis on leveraging creative technology and AI. Your tasks will include writing copy for social concepts across various deliverables within the social campaign. Fluency in English, Hinglish, Hindi, and social lingo is essential for this role. Additionally, you should have a deep understanding of Indian pop-culture and be able to collaborate effectively with the team to generate innovative social ideas. Providing cultural insights on copy and scripts, as well as identifying and addressing potential cultural sensitivities during the concepting phase, will be part of your responsibilities. A solid grasp of organic and paid social media strategies is required, along with staying informed about current social internet trends to help brands achieve a significant share of voice.
