Associate Counselling

Role Overview: As an Associate Counsellor at Collegedunia Web Private Limited, your role involves counselling and coaching students throughout their study abroad journey, from profile evaluation to reaching their destination. You will work closely with different stakeholders within the company such as the application and visa teams. Utilizing internal CRM tools, consultant portals, and Google Sheets will be essential for a smooth process. Your responsibilities also include resolving issues related to university finalizing, filing applications, and achieving and maintaining the students" sales target. Additionally, you may be assigned other tasks by your manager.
