About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Counsellor with proven experience. This is a high-engagement role

that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can handle a large volume of student

interactions daily (120150 quality counselling calls) and consistently meet monthly and intake-

specific targets.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the education landscape and a successful track

record of guiding students through the admission process, from initial interest to final enrolment.

Key Responsibilities

? Counsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through 120150

outbound calls per day.

? Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25%, ensuring a strong follow-up mechanism and timely

closures.

? Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fit universities and

courses based on their profiles and preferences.

? Stay up-to-date with the latest university application processes and scholarship opportunities.

? Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets aligned with business goals.

? Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRM tools.

? Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience and optimize counselling

effectiveness.

? Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team training efforts if required.

Requirements

? 1+ years of experience specifically in counselling students for Study Abroad

? Strong knowledge of the Abroad Higher Education system, application timelines, and admission

criteria across a broad range of institutions.

? Proven track record of meeting or exceeding student conversion targets in a performance-

driven environment.

? Comfortable managing a high volume of student engagements daily in a structured, efficient,

and professional manner.

? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

? Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

? Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a student-first approach.
