About the Role
We are looking for a high-performing UK Counsellor with proven experience in student counselling for the UK. This is a high-engagement role that requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can handle a large volume of student interactions daily (120–150 quality counselling calls) and consistently meet monthly and intake-specific targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel and guide prospective students for higher education in the UK through 120–150 outbound calls per day.Maintain a conversion rate of at least 25%, ensuring a strong follow-up mechanism and timely closures.Provide personalized counselling to students, helping them choose the best-fit universities and courses based on their profiles and preferences.Stay up-to-date with the latest UK university application processes and scholarship opportunities.Achieve and exceed monthly conversion targets aligned with business goals.Maintain comprehensive case notes and track all leads and conversions via CRM tools.Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance student experience and optimize counselling effectiveness.Share best practices with junior counsellors and contribute to team training efforts if required.

Requirements
Comfortable managing a high volume of student engagements daily in a structured, efficient, and professional manner.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic computer tools (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining a student first approach.
