Job Responsibilities

• Leverage firm learning resources to continuously build expertise in Workday and related technology platforms.
• Analyze complex client technical requirements, apply logical problem-solving skills, and communicate solutions in clear, simple language.
• Deliver innovative solutions by enhancing and implementing existing software tools and platforms, while also contributing to the development of new solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues by identifying root causes within systems and providing effective, actionable resolutions.
• Investigate integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and present findings and recommendations to management.
• Develop and maintain detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and design documentation to support the full integration deployment lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for client enhancements by leveraging new features and functionality introduced in Workday releases.
  

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in Java preferred.
• Working knowledge of XML, XSLT, SOAP, and REST APIs is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with passionate stakeholders and end users.
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
