Associate Consultant - Learning & Development

As an Instructional Designer, your role involves collaborating with the Functional Manager and Subject Matter Experts to understand the business problem, target audiences, and learning needs. You will then develop learning and change objectives for the proposed learning solution. Your responsibilities will also include: - Collaborating effectively with the client team to identify the solution approach, design, and work through the design, development, and delivery phases. - Supporting the Functional Manager in developing Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) measures for the project, such as Language Style guide, Guidelines, and Checklists, based on project requirements. - Conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and developing the training curriculum. - Developing high-level and detailed content outlines as per the curriculum. - Reviewing training deliverables to ensure quality standards are met and align with project quality parameters and industry standards. - Providing clear and effective feedback to team members to enhance their instructional design skills. - Collaborating with internal and client stakeholders to design and develop relevant and effective training deliverables. - Ensuring the project meets productivity targets as per the project plans. - Identifying and sharing risks with Project Leads/Functional Manager and discussing possible solutions, mitigations, or alternatives. - Having the ability to design, develop, and deliver new age learning modalities like gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning would be advantageous. - Demonstrating in-depth knowledge and experience in selecting and recommending various training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for a learning solution. - Applying proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies for adult learning. - Proficiency in Instructional Design models, theories, Blooms taxonomy, and the ability to apply them in all ID tasks. - Proficiency in rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client proprietary authoring tools. - Having exceptional design, writing, editing, and reviewing skills. - Thriving in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
