Job Description

As a qualified candidate for this role, you will be expected to possess the ability to design, develop, and deliver innovative learning modalities tailored for modern audiences. Experience in creating gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning solutions would be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include having a deep understanding and practical knowledge of selecting and recommending diverse training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies to create effective learning solutions. You should be adept at applying established learning methodologies and staying updated on emerging technologies relevant to adult learning. Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard design and rapid authoring tools like Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and familiarity with client-specific authoring tools is essential. It is crucial that you are well-versed in the technical capabilities and limitations of these tools. Furthermore, you should possess exceptional design and writing skills, paired with strong editing and reviewing capabilities. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic, project-driven environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality learning solutions efficiently.,
