Associate Consultant - Learning & Development

Role Overview: As a potential candidate for this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering new age learning modalities such as gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning. Your in-depth knowledge and experience will be utilized to identify, select, and recommend various training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for effective learning solutions. You should also be able to apply proven learning methodologies and emerging technologies specifically tailored for adult learning. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deliver new age learning modalities including gamified learning, microlearning, and mobile learning. - Identify, select, and recommend various training modalities, learning strategies, and technologies for effective learning solutions. - Utilize industry standard design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, as well as client proprietary authoring tools. - Demonstrate exceptional design and writing skills, strong editing capabilities, and the ability to review content effectively. - Excel in a fast-paced, project-driven environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
