Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Talent Acquisition Support (IT Focus): Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles using job portals, social media, and internal databases. Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate communication. Work closely with senior HR team members to understand hiring needs and update job descriptions. 2. Employee Engagement & Support: Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events. Support HR in addressing employee queries and assisting in resolving minor concerns. Participate in employee feedback sessions and maintain records. 3. Performance & Vendor Coordination: Assist in gathering performance feedback and maintaining evaluation records. Coordinate with external vendors for recruitment drives or training programs. Help track vendor deliverables and support in basic payout documentation. 4. Learning and Development: Support coordination of internal training sessions and external workshops. Maintain training attendance records and gather post-training feedback. Help identify areas for skill development in consultation with team leads. 5. HR Policies and Documentation: Assist in preparing and updating basic HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, etc. Maintain and organize employee files and onboarding documentation. Support in compliance-related paperwork under supervision. 6. Compensation and Benefits (Support Role): Help with basic payroll coordination and leave data maintenance. Support in compiling data for salary benchmarking or internal reviews. Answer basic employee queries regarding salary slips, benefits, or policies. 7. Campus Recruitment & Walk-in Coordination: Support HR in planning and executing campus recruitment initiatives. Help coordinate logistics for walk-in drives, documentation, and follow-ups. 8. HR Systems and Reporting: Update and maintain employee data in the HRMS. Generate and share basic HR reports and analytics as required. Stay updated with HR tools and practices relevant to the role. Key Qualifications Experience: 6 months to 1 year in Human Resources, preferably with exposure to IT recruitment/sourcing . Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Skills: Familiarity with sourcing tools (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) Good communication and coordination skills Basic understanding of HR policies and employee lifecycle Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software tools Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment About Organisation Established in 2012, the NSIGHTCORP is a diversified global enterprise with expertise in Analytics, Technology, Digital, and Public Policy.
