About Organisation- www.nsightcorp.com Senior GoLang Developer We need highly experienced Go developers who can hit the ground running. The first few months will be an intense grind, so we need problem solvers who thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments. What Were Looking For: Expert-Level GoLang Developer o You have significant hands-on experience developing and maintaining Go applications at scale. o You write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, following best practices. Architectural Thinker o You understand system design, microservices architecture, and distributed systems. o You can design scalable, resilient, and high-performance applications from scratch. API & Networking Expert o Deep understanding of HTTP protocols, RESTful API design, and gRPC. o You can integrate third-party APIs and optimize API performance. Load Balancing & Scalability Master o Experience with load balancers, traffic management, and horizontal scaling. o You know how to optimize systems to handle millions of requests efficiently. Database Proficiency o Strong experience with Oracle/ MySql/ MS-Sql and other relational/non-relational databases. o You understand database optimization, indexing, and query performance tuning. Concurrency & Performance Tuning Guru o Expert at handling concurrency in Go applications and optimizing goroutines. Message-Processing & Event-Driven Architecture o Hands-on experience with Kafka for high-throughput message processing. o You know Pub/Sub patterns and event-driven architecture inside out. Cloud & DevOps Awareness o Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure. o Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Problem-Solving & Ownership o You dont just write code; you solve problems and build robust solutions. o You take ownership and can work independently while collaborating with the team. Strong Communication & Team Collaboration o You can explain complex ideas clearly and concisely. o You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced startup environment. Bonus Points If You Have But Not a Requirement: ¢ Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, or ad-tech. ¢ Knowledge of AI/ML models for marketing automation. ¢ Experience with real-time data processing and analytics.
