What Youll Do Must Have Skills - 1. Client Database & Lead Generation: Must bring an existing database of clients in the IT/software industry. Proven experience in identifying and engaging high-quality leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, PPH, Guru, email, cold calling, webinars, and direct networking. ¢ Must have experience in generating leads using Upwork (using fresh Upwork accounts) ¢ Strong B2B sales experience with mid to large-sized enterprises and startups. 2. Experience in IT Business Development & Sales: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in IT Sales & Business Development. ¢ ¢ Hands-on experience in selling IT services such as AI/ML solutions, ERP, Blockchain, Web & Mobile App Development, Software Consulting, and Cloud Solutions. ¢ Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non- technical clients and tailor sales pitches accordingly. 3. Sales & Business Growth: ¢ Must have closed high-value IT services or SaaS product deals (provide proof of past deals if required). Ability to pitch, present, and conduct live demos to clients with/without the analytics team. Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including renewals and upselling. ¢ ¢ ¢ Must be able to win new business and achieve assigned revenue targets. (minimum 25k$ per quarter) 4. Technical Understanding & Proposal Writing: ¢ Experience in writing high-quality RFP responses, proposals, and sales documents for IT services/SaaS products. Ability to answer technical queries from clients and act as a bridge ¢ between clients and the technical team. 5. Post-Sales & Client Retention: ¢ Must be able to track sales performance metrics, ensure client satisfaction, and maintain long-term relationships. Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product & ¢ technical teams for service improvement. 6. Communication & Professionalism: ¢ Excellent written and spoken English with strong proposal writing and pitching skills. ¢ Ability to interact with CXO-level executives and senior decision- makers- both within and outside the organisation ¢ Strong sense of business ethics, professionalism, and accountability. 7. Travel & Flexibility: ¢ Must be open to travel for client meetings, events, and industry networking. 8. Education: Bachelors degree in any field GOOD-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS 1. Marketing & Strategy Involvement: ¢ Ability to collaborate with the marketing team to create sales campaigns and business growth strategies. ¢ ¢ ¢ Experience in running targeted LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience in running email marketing campaigns for IT sales Experience in lead generation using Lusha/Apollo or any other tools. 2. Technical & Analytical Skills: ¢ Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) for managing leads and sales pipelines. ¢ Understanding of cloud computing, Generative AI, data analytics, and emerging IT trends. Education & Certifications: ¢ MBA/PGDBM in Sales, Marketing, or a related field ¢ Certifications in Sales, IT Business Development, or Digital Sales Strategy are a plus.
