Associate Company Secretary (CS) in Gwalior

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end handling of ROC compliances as per the Companies Act, 2013
  

Managing issue and allotment of share capital/CCPS/CCD, preparation and filing of related form

• Coordination with NSDL, CDSL, RTA, and other external agencies for demat and corporate actions
• Handling FEMA & RBI compliances – reporting, filings, and advisory
  

Liaison with banks and maintaining compliance for corporate accounts, debentures, etc.

• Preparation and filing of Annual Returns, MSME reporting, and other periodic filings
• Managing GST registrations and filings, and other government registrations (eg. MSME, Shop Act)
• Drafting of Board Resolutions, legal notices, corporate communications, and agreements
• Preparing agendas, notices, and minutes for Board & Committee meetings
• Maintaining statutory registers, MIS reports, and internal records
• Proficiency in Excel and Word for compliance tracking and reporting
