Job Description: You will be responsible for leading a team of Agency Managers to drive life insurance sales through the agency channel. Your main focus will be on recruitment, training, and performance management of agents and managers. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets and expanding the agency team. Your key responsibilities will include recruiting, training, and managing Agency Managers effectively. You will drive sales through agent networks, ensuring that targets are met. It will be your responsibility to expand and develop the agency team, while also maintaining process adherence and regulatory compliance. Building and maintaining strong customer and agent relationships will be essential to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in team handling. A strong background in leadership and communication skills is required. Previous experience in the insurance or BFSI sector would be advantageous.
