Job Description

The Associate Business Development supports the Business Development team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with internal departments, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities. The role plays a key part in improving sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities and support the business development team in achieving targets
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and orders
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports
  • Coordinate with clients regarding orders, deliveries, and documentation
  • Track sales performance, pending orders, and payment follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing MIS reports, presentations, and sales forecasts
  • Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
  • Support contract documentation and compliance requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and CRM systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
