Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience, a strong background in finance and accounting, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services across multiple client departments. Develop and implement financial models to analyze business performance and identify areas for improvement. Conduct commercial reviews of large engagements to ensure compliance with commercial and legal requirements. Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations to communicate complex financial information to stakeholders. Work closely with the engagement team to reduce overall cost-in-scope (CIS) and improve profitability. Provide technical expertise and support to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant with a strong academic record and relevant work experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS. Experience working with financial software and systems, including Excel and PowerPoint.
