Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate located in Chennai for Chartered Accountants having 0-1 year experience. The Associate will be responsible for assisting in tax planning and compliance, accounting advisory, assist M&A conceptulaisation and implementation, conducting regulatory research, and supporting the development of tax strategies. The role will involve collaborating with senior founders to deliver impactful solutions, liaising with clients, and staying updated on developments in tax laws and regulations.

• Ability to develop and support tax strategies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and client interaction skills
• Team collaboration and ability to work closely with senior consultants
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Relevant experience or qualifications in tax, finance, or related fields
• Chartered Accountants, preferred
