Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Partner Performance Tracking & Reporting

Track daily partner utilization, on-time performance (OTP), and attendance across assigned zones.
Ensure 100% monitoring of slot fill rates and highlight any shortfall in attendance or partner availability.
Maintain and update daily dashboards and trackers for key metrics (Util, OTP, Attendance, Winback).
Support the Assistant Manager in analyzing trends and sharing performance insights.

2. Partner Communication & Engagement

Conduct regular outbound calls to partners for performance feedback, attendance confirmation, or issue resolution.
Assist in executing engagement and recognition activities designed to improve partner morale and retention.
Coordinate training sessions, collect feedback, and ensure participation of all active partners.
Support the winback process by reaching out to inactive or low-engagement partners and driving reactivation.

3. Operational Coordination

Liaise with centre executives, operations, and training teams to ensure partner readiness and deployment.
Flag operational gaps such as attendance drops, route delays, or under-utilization to the Assistant Manager.
Ensure proper documentation of all partner interactions, attendance, and feedback in system records.

4. Training & Compliance Support

Coordinate and track completion of partner training modules (safety, service, process updates).
Monitor adherence to Delhiverys operational and safety guidelines.

Support in implementing any new processes, tools, or compliance initiatives at the partner level.
