Associate Area Sales Manager

• An Associate Area Sales Manager for Personal Loan (PL), Business Loan (BL), Home Loan (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Lucknow manages multiple loan products, leads a local sales team, and grows business within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales for PL, BL, HL, and LAP products by developing and implementing local strategies.
• Lead and manage the sales team in Lucknow, training, motivating, and monitoring performance to achieve monthly targets.
• Develop business relationships with channel partners, DSAs, brokers, and customers to source fresh leads and ensure high conversion rates.
• Coordinate sales operations, including lead generation, client meetings, documentation, application login, and sanction/disbursal follow-ups.
• Analyze market trends, portfolio performance, and competitor activities in Lucknow, sharing insights to improve productivity and product offerings.
• Prepare regular sales MIS and reports for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, process requirements, and regulatory guidelines throughout loan origination and client servicing.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate (preferably in Finance, Business, or related field) with strong local market knowledge and at least 2–4 years’ experience in financial product sales.
• Team management, client acquisition, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of PL, BL, HL, and LAP loan products and documentation.
• Ability to work with targets, analyze data, and handle field sales.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
