Job location: Varanasi About the role: The Associate Area Sales Manager (AASM) will work on sales, distribution and revenue acquisition for the Retail Sales channel for assigned area. The AASM will also manage the adjoining districts of assigned area and create best infrastructure for channel sales (team of stockists/retailers) and optimize it for growth. Job location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh About the Role: The Zonal Manager for the Grid Tied Inverter business in Uttar Pradesh will be responsible for leading and scaling Direct-to-Customer (D2C) operations with a focus on driving sustainable and accelerated business growth. This role involves overseeing branch-level P&L, managing and developing high-performing teams, streamlining sales processes, ensuring a superior customer experience, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. The Zonal Manager will play a key role in leveraging the increasing demand for grid-tied solar solutions and capitalizing on strategic opportunities such as the PM Surya Ghar Yojana. What you would be expected to do: Lead and manage all D2C (Direct to Customers) grid-tied inverter branches within Uttar Pradesh, ensuring efficient and effective operations. Manage and mentor a team of Area Business Managers (ABMs) and commission-based agents, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will work on improving our current IAC, observability stack, and incident response processes. You will work with the data science, analytics, and engineering teams to build optimized CI/CD pipelines, scalable AWS infrastructure, and Kubernetes deployments. What you would be expected to do: Work with engineering, automation, and data teams to work on various infrastructure requirements. Designing modular and efficient GitOps CI/CD pipelines, agnostic to the underlying platform. Managing AWS services for multiple teams. Managing custom data store deployments like sharded MongoDB clusters, Elasticsearch clusters, and upcoming services. Deployment and management of Kubernetes resources.
