Cloud Experience Mandatory: Sales Cloud, Service, Experience Cloud
Good to Have: Financial Services Cloud, Data Cloud, Agent force & Salesforce AI
Certifications - Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/Systems Architect preferred. Other certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer I/II are a plus.
Lead the architecture, development, and end-to-end implementation of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensuring alignment with best practices, enterprise standards, and client business goals.
Demonstrate deep expertise in Salesforce technologies, integrations, DevOps, and documentation; mentor teams and oversee the full development lifecycle to ensure high-quality, scalable project delivery.
Collaborate with clients and presales teams to understand requirements, deliver impactful demos and proposals, and act as a trusted advisor through workshops, technical guidance, and innovative solutioning.
