Application wise Job Description:

Sarthi and CDARTS:

Assist RBI employees in case any support needed for using the application.
Closely work with RBI stakeholders to carry out user management and other administrative activities.
Work with RBI stakeholders to gather inputs for any issues in application faced by the users and communicating the same to application support team (in data centre).
Carry out solution demonstration to end user
Requirement gathering or any future enhancements or Continuous Development.
Scanning documents at RBI respective locations, if required

EKP:

Assist RBI employees in case any support needed for using the application.
Closely work with local admin users to carry out management of the Department/Office Page and other administrative activities.
Work with end users to gather inputs/suggestions for further enhancements in the application.
Carry out application demo/training to small groups of end-users.
Scanning documents at RBI respective locations, if required.
Help RBI users generate basic reports from the applications.
Coordinate with DIT, CO and teams in data centres for early resolution of issues faced by end users.
Coordinate with local admins, central support team and DIT, CO during EKP revamp.
Assist local admins in reviewing/rationalizing old/obsolete data.

Swagat:

Provide support to RBI employees as needed for using the SWAGAT application.
Offer assistance and guidance to RBI administrators in generating various reports within the SWAGAT application.
Assist officials in creating gate passes at Enquiry/Reception through VMS and EAMS.
Conduct training sessions for newly joined or transferred RBI employees on the VMS.
Serve as the first point of contact for any issue related to functioning of SWAGAT Devices and the status of printing of the cards of active employees
Coordinate with DIT, CO and onsite engineers in data centres for early resolution of issues faced by end users.
Help RBI users generate basic reports from the applications
Coordinate with DIT, CO and teams in data centres for early resolution of issues faced by end users
