Job Summary:

This role is primarily responsible for supporting the team with basic reports for revenue and expense for print and digital segments, invoicing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices which includes batching and coding in Markview

• Downloading and running the reports from Oracle, Salesforce, Adfire and other reporting system

• He/She will also be assisting team in collating the backups for reconciliations

• He/She will be working on billings and also coordinates with external/internal stakeholders on payments, and vendor setup queries

• Basic excel reports preparation

• Preparation and uploading of journal entries in Oracle

• Downloading data from Hyperion financials system and preparing financial reports and dashboards

• Automation and process improvements

Required Skills/Competencies and Experience:

• Basic accounting knowledge

• Ability to work on multiple assignments in a fast paced, deadline-oriented environment.

• Good analytical skills

• Excel

• Hyperion Financials

• 1-3 Years of experience

Mandatory skills:

• Good communication skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Good to have skills:

• Strong attention to detail

Designation: Associate Analyst

Working Hours: 3 PM-12 PM IST
