The role requires you to provide high quality first line learning administration support to the HRS Learning & Talent Support Servicesteam,the emphasisis toprovide a consistently high level of customer service to deliver solutions that meet the needs of our users and HR Services objectives.

Workyou’ll do.

Asapartofthisteam,you will beresponsible for:
  • AddingclassestotheDeloitteLearningManagement System
  • Processingofallscheduled reports
  • Providedelegate list.
  • Distributionofelectronictrainingmaterialsandpre- work;
  • Closingclassesandprocessingofpost courseevaluationsand feedback;
  • Ensure all system related activities or updates are completed accurately in time deadlines and in line with procedural guidelines;
  • Ensurecompliance with appropriate DataProtectionlegislationat all times
  • Workingwithin ServiceLevel andOperationalLevel Agreements;
  • AdministrationofotherLearningSupportServicesprocessesas required

The USI Supporting UK CBS HR Services team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services.

Required:
  • Graduate degree
  • 0-1yearsofwork experienceinlearningadministration,backofficeservice operations,customer service operations
  • Proficientintheuse of MicrosoftOfficepackage applications
Preferred:
  • Priorexperienceintraininganddevelopment domain
