Key Responsibilities

Recruitment of Insurance Advisors:
Identify and onboard high-potential individuals as insurance agents.
Training & Development:
Provide product and sales training to advisors, enabling them to meet business goals.
Sales Target Achievement:
Drive insurance sales through recruited advisors and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Team Management:
Motivate, guide, and monitor advisors for improved performance.
Business Development:
Identify market opportunities and increase the agency network.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of team performance and submit regular reports to management.
