Job Description

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Above 3 years of experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Team handling experience of at least 1 year with a team size of above 15 employees
Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using telephonic and chat platforms like dialers and software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and provide insights.
Customer-centric attitude, empathy, and effective problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
