Assistant/Deputy Manager - Payroll & Compliance

This will involve managing compliance audits, inspections, and filings, as well as supporting HRBP and management in policy implementation and compliance-related reporting. To excel in this role, you should have a strong knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and other statutory regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential, along with a high attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong communication skills will be necessary for interacting with employees, management, and statutory authorities.
