Role & responsibilities: Handle customer service complaints and co-ordinate with the floor team to ensure timely vehicle delivery Aid in achieving workshop revenue on a monthly basis Monitor status of accounts receivable with Works Manager and Retail Business Head Keep good relations with all customers thereby achieving good customer service Co-ordinate with entire service team to indentify delay reasons and other technical dificulties in the workshop operations Follow and streamline systems and process in customer service Preferred candidate profile: Commercials understanding of Markets & CV business (P&L) Technical and Commercial Knowledge Leadership, Communication and People Management Skills Customer Orientation and Negotiation Skills
