About the Role:

Video Editor

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with brand tone and marketing objectives.
• Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements.
• Add sound effects, background music, text overlays, motion graphics, and transitions.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and deliver on tight deadlines.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Stay updated on current video editing trends, styles, and tools.
• Ensure the final output meets brand standards and creative direction.

Required Skills & Tools:

• Proficiency in

  Adobe Premiere Pro

  (or equivalent tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
• Good understanding of color grading, sound design, and basic animation.
• Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling.
• Familiarity with aspect ratios and export settings for digital platforms.
• Basic knowledge of camera formats, frame rates, and video compression.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film Studies, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of proven experience as a video editor (portfolio or showreel required).
