Job Purpose
This role is to ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and maintain internal control for DBS Consumer Liabilities and Payments business. A person in this role will ensure timely submission of regulatory requirements. Regular Liaising with Product, Compliance, and other stakeholders. Creation of Process and Policies. Monitoring Product Control.
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage Internal Audit, Compliance, Coo related queries.
  • Liaise with Compliance on regulatory guidelines.
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance & internal control for Liabilities & Payments business.
  • Ensuring compliance on the Inactive, Dormant and DEAF Process.
  • Liaise with Marketing on Website related updates, Product/regulatory Campaigns.
Requirements
  • Developing and updating Policies and Process documents, process flows in accordance with the Policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reviewing, updating internal processes in line with regulatory guidelines.
  • Supporting Branches on Process related queries.
  • Maintaining Product Collaterals and ensuring updation and implementation with change in guidelines.
  • Creating Requirement Documents for regulatory implementations.
  • Drive Regulatory Campaigns
  • Market study on best practices from Process perspective.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services.

  • Relevant experience in Banking Product/Process/Regulatory reporting
  • Market and Competitive knowledge

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Power point
Work Relationships
  • Will be working across Liability Products
  • Will be reporting into TL, Product Governance, Process and Control
