Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive the overall SEO strategy for clients, aligned with business, brand, and compliance requirements.
Lead technical, on-page, off-page, and content SEO initiatives to deliver sustainable organic growth.
Act as senior SPOC for key BFSI accounts, managing strategy discussions, reviews, and performance reporting.
Lead, mentor, and scale the SEO team, setting quality benchmarks and delivery standards.
Collaborate with content, tech, and performance teams to integrate SEO with broader marketing goals.
Monitor algorithm updates, conduct audits, and implement continuous optimization.
Support new business pitches and identify upsell opportunities through SEO-led growth strategies.

Requirements:

Strong hands-on and strategic expertise in
SEO for BFSI / regulated industries
.
Advanced understanding of
Google algorithms, E-E-A-T, YMYL, and compliance-driven SEO
.
Expertise in tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, GSC, Looker Studio.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience scaling SEO for large websites and multiple accounts.
