Job Description

As a Scrum Master at M&G Global Services Private Limited, your role involves leading Client and Distribution engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions for the business. Your responsibilities include coordinating across teams, providing support, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. You will serve as the point of escalation for project-related activities and stakeholders, working on multiple complex projects simultaneously. Your key priorities will focus on enabling the design and implementation of solutions for a market-leading Client and Distribution platform to meet the increasing demands across investment teams, clients, and regulators. Key Accountabilities And Responsibilities: - Enable the team to provide quality service or products to customers and stakeholders - Facilitate the squad in delivering change at the required pace and scale for sustained transformation - Develop a highly-motivated, client-focused, and high-performing delivery team - Improve the quality of the team and individual members, identifying areas for strengthening and change - Demonstrate a solid understanding of product and business strategy, leading complex analysis initiatives - Prioritize and organize backlogs to ensure early value delivery, documenting operational processes - Provide transparency to Product Owners, Leadership team, and Stakeholders regularly - Deliver and maintain delivery plans and timelines, challenging upwards to improve quality and efficiency - Anticipate and mitigate risks and issues, negotiate and influence to achieve the right outcomes - Support the team in effective decision-making, collaborate across silos, and escalate risks to management Ideal Candidate: - Inspires the team to deliver exceptional performance by connecting the purpose of their work beyond the bottom line impact - Operates with integrity, develops strong relationships, and encourages creative problem-solving - Encourages collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement while simplifying complexity - Prioritizes people before process, sets clear expectations, and makes bold decisions - Ensures customer-focused and efficient operations, providing feedback and accountability - Oversees operational delivery and ensures compliance with controls Knowledge & Skills: - Proven project management and Scrum Master expertise with Agile and DevOps - Experience in data solutions, system integration, platform upgrades, and global application development - Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills - Analytical problem-solving skills, delivery resource estimation, and people leadership experience - Excellent customer and stakeholder management, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently to deadlines - Experience with Cloud solutions, preferably Azure Desirable Knowledge & Skills: - Exposure to financial markets and asset management processes - Understanding of client and distribution processes Educational Qualification: - Graduate in any discipline Experience: - 12+ years of total experience in software development - 5+ years of experience delivering outcomes for large programs in the BFSI space - 3+ years of experience working as a Scrum Master on-shore, off-shore, and near-shore As a Scrum Master at M&G Global Services Private Limited, your role involves leading Client and Distribution engineering teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions for the business.
