Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Risk Identification & Assessment: Finding potential risks (process, tech, people, market) and evaluating their impact/likelihood.
Risk Mitigation & Strategy: Creating and implementing policies, procedures, and strategies to reduce risk exposure.
Monitoring & Reporting: Tracking Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and reporting findings to senior management for informed decisions.
Compliance & Governance: Ensuring adherence to internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices(e.g., Enterprise Risk Management Framework).
Data Analysis & Modeling: Using data and models (quantitative/statistical) for risk prediction, scenario analysis, and stress testing.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with other departments (Finance, Ops, Trading) and managing relationships.
Incident Management: Investigating operational incidents and breaches.
Vendor Risk Management: Assessing risks from third-party providers.
