Job Description

As the AVP-Product at Airlearn, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic product roadmap for our innovative language learning app. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, collaborating with stakeholders, collecting product requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features. You will leverage data to make informed decisions, participate in user-centered design discussions, and oversee product design and usability testing processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, content creators, designers, and developers will be essential to ensure seamless integration of gamified features and successful product launches. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, along with a strong passion for educational technology and gamified learning experiences. With a minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, familiarity with agile development methodologies, and project management tools, you will contribute valuable insights and ideas for ongoing app improvement and feature enhancement. Effective communication skills, analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are key qualifications for this position.
