About the Role

The role involves leading the Quality and Process Excellence team for a large business with global deliveries, focusing on driving business value generating projects for customers and Wipro.

Responsibilities

• Drive business value generating projects for customers and Wipro.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improvements and potential risks, working with required internal and external stakeholders to address the same.
• Drive innovation and change across the business along with customer and other internal transformation teams.
• Identify and replicate best practices across the business to drive best in class customer experience.
• Own the charter of Start Green and Stay Green across the business.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate with at least the last 10 years in IT/BPO industry.
• Lean and Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Required Skills

• 18+ years of experience with strong industry exposure for Telecom, New Age/Tech, Customer Service, Retail.
• Strong understanding of Quality and Process Excellence principles with experience in driving quality certifications like ISO, CMMI, COPC, etc.
• Experience in high impact continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Transformation, etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills and people management skills.
• Strong Analytical Skills with experience in driving descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics for various engagements across the business.
• Good effective communication skills and presentation skills with the ability to manage clients and internal senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record for problem solving and innovation.
• Good experience in technology-enabled solutions like RPA, Low Code No Code, AI/Gen AI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in managing global teams across geos and time zones.
• Masters in business management from an institute of repute.
• Basic understanding of various pricing models, financials, P&L, etc.
