Position: Assistant Vice President Global Technology Role: AVP - Business Operations Digitization and Delivery Exp
Required: 10-14 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to drive digitization and delivery for Business Operations to oversee the implementation, configuration, and customization of technology solutions tailored to meet our business needs and digitization of operations value chain As the Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, design and develop effective solutions, and ensure the successful deployment and adoption of applications across the organization Qualification: B Tech / MCA or equivalent Certifications: Project Management: PMP, Prince 2 preferred Technical: Multi Tech Stack Exposure (Dot Net, Java, Angular, Oracle, SQL Server, AI/ML) Technical Skills: Sound knowledge about architectural best practices across multiple technology stacks, Good command over various technical components of applications including n-layer / n-tier parts of solution, logical and design thinker Sound knowledge of using project management tool eg JIRA Knowledge of various UI / UX design tools, MS O365 / PowerApps stack, Java tech stacks Project Management: Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Key Responsibilities : Work with business stakeholders to understand their technology needs and translate those into functional requirements for technology solutions Having good knowledge of operations value chain from lead to revenue and recruit, transition, process training, Productivity, performance, risk & compliance and quality excellence Lead the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring that they are customized to meet the specific business goals and objectives Manage the full lifecycle of technology projects, from planning and design to deployment and post-deployment support Oversee the configuration and customization of software applications to meet business specifications Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development, IT, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of technology solutions Develop detailed project plans and ensure the delivery of projects on time, within scope, and within budget Monitor the progress of technology implementations and proactively address any issues or risks that may arise Facilitate user adoption and provide training and support to business users as necessary Ensure solutions are compliant with company policies, standards, and best practices Track and report on project progress, deliverables, and performance metrics to senior leadership Required Skills and Qualifications : Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or similar role in overseeing the implementation of technology solutions Sound knowledge of project management methodologies since pre-planning stage to operations transition Good knowledge of preparing and contributing in building various executive level presentations ranging from business case, sponsor governance, investment forum and regular project governances Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc) Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development, systems integration, and application deployment Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and engage with business leaders Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex, high-pressure situations Experience with tools for project management, version control, and issue tracking (eg, Jira, Confluence, MS Project) Strong stakeholder management skills managing multiple stakeholder of various degree in organization with different level of interest in project Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously towards same business goal of operations digitization Preferred Qualifications : PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications Experience with specific software solutions relevant to the company s business needs Experience working in EXL alike organization managing multiple projects spanning various business units eg Insurance, Healthcare etc Understanding the specific challenges and requirements of the business
