As an Emerging Corp Relationship Manager at Citi, you will play a pivotal role in deepening client relationships and providing innovative solutions tailored to meet individual client needs. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to: - Proactively engaging with clients to anticipate their future needs, roadblocks, and expectations - Collaborating with product specialists to structure customized solutions that enhance client portfolios - Working closely with Case Manager to ensure proper on-boarding and retention of clients, meeting compliance deliverables - Identifying cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and enhance client experience - Driving innovation in client solutions and business development initiatives - Networking with clients to explore new business opportunities - Administering the credit relationship of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies - Demonstrating sound credit skills and ability to structure complex deals - Coordinating multi-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experience - Embracing new technology to enhance client interactions and business relationships To qualify for this role, you should possess: - 6-10 years of experience in banking and investment products with a strong track record of providing financial advice and solutions - Solid knowledge of banking processes and credit skills - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and under pressure - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills - Proactive approach in strengthening business relationships and creating new opportunities - Passion for innovation and embracing digital technologies - Bachelor's/University degree, with a Master's degree preferred Join Citi's Commercial and Business Sales team as a Relationship Manager and contribute to the success of the organization by delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
