Experience: 20–30 years, including at least 2 hospital projects of ₹400 crore or moreSalary: As per industry norms
Language Proficiency: Hindi and Marathi (preferred)
Requirement: Proven experience in completion of large-scale hospital projects is mandatory

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) to lead a high-value hospital infrastructure project in Alibag, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in civil and structural engineering, with a strong background in successfully delivering complex hospital projects of ₹400 crore or more. This leadership role requires exceptional skills in stakeholder management, project execution, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Project Management

· Lead all stages of the hospital project lifecycle—from planning, design, and execution to handover and closeout.

· Ensure project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

2. Stakeholder Management

· Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, PMC authorities, hospital administrators, and clinical stakeholders.

· Maintain regular liaison with project management consultants (PMC) and local authorities to ensure smooth approvals and compliance.

3. Budget & Resource Management

· Prepare and manage comprehensive project budgets and forecasts.

· Optimize the use of manpower, equipment, and materials to ensure cost-effective project execution.

4. Risk & Compliance

· Identify project risks, delays, and bottlenecks early and implement robust mitigation strategies.

· Ensure full compliance with healthcare construction standards, local building codes, and statutory regulations.

5. Quality Assurance

· Oversee the implementation of stringent quality control procedures.

· Ensure that all construction activities meet both hospital-specific standards and regulatory norms.

6. Communication & Reporting

· Provide regular progress updates and performance metrics to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

· Develop reports and presentations highlighting project milestones, financials, and risk assessments.

7. Labour & Workforce Management

· Manage access to diverse categories of labor gangs, ensuring availability of skilled and unskilled resources as required.

8. Team Leadership

· Lead multidisciplinary project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and performance feedback.

· Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

9. Strategic Planning

· Play an active role in shaping the organization’s long-term infrastructure strategy for hospital development and expansion.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

· Demonstrated success in completing large-scale healthcare infrastructure projects (₹400 crore+)

· Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders

· Familiarity with healthcare regulatory bodies and construction norms

· Fluency in Hindi and Marathi will be an added advantage
