Assistant Trainer

Education & Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th Pass, or
• Graduate, or
• ITI in Civil Trade

Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Trainer in conducting skill training sessions and practical demonstrations.
• Assist in candidate registration, attendance tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) related to training, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including trainees, trainers, and project teams to ensure smooth implementation of training programs.
• Help in managing classroom logistics, training tools, and materials.
• Support during assessments, placement activities, and other training-related events.

Skills & Attributes:

• Basic knowledge of civil or technical trade (preferred).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Organized, responsible, and proactive in supporting training operations.
• Willingness to work in field or site-based training environments.

Job Type: Part-Time / Contract

Salary Range: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month
