Electrical Faculty

We are looking to hire a full-time Electrical Faculty for our college, and I would like to share the detailed job description and requirements with you. Please assist us in sourcing candidates who meet the criteria outlined below, as this position is our priority.

Responsibility

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lectures and practical sessions on electrical engineering topics.
• Develop and update course syllabus , lesson plans, and instructional materials in alignment with the curriculum.
• Teach foundational, intermediate, and advanced-level subjects, such as:
• Electrical Circuits and Systems
• Power Systems Engineering
• Control Systems
• Electrical Machines
• Renewable Energy Systems
• Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems
• Conduct laboratory sessions to ensure students gain hands-on practical experience.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, projects, assignments, and quizzes.
• Industrial Automation (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)

Experience Required

• Minimum of 1- 3 years of industry experience in electrical systems, installations, or maintenance.
• Previous teaching or vocational training experience is preferred.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• M.E/M.Tech in Electrical. or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (mandatory).
• Vocational/Technical certification in electrical trades (preferred).
• Teaching or training certification (e.g., NCVT, B.Ed, or equivalent) is an advantage.

Working Days & Hours

Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Interview Pattern

• Round 1: Interview Departmental Coordinator
• Round 2: Interview with the academic coordinator with Demo session.
• Round 3: Practical demonstration (skill assessment).
• Round 4: Final Interview with COO.

Salary Budget

• Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
• Up to ₹3,60,000 to 4,80,000 per annum.
