Electrical Lab Faculty

We are looking to hire a full-time Electrical Lab Faculty for our college, and I would like to share the detailed job description and requirements with you. Please assist us in sourcing candidates who meet the criteria outlined below, as this position is our priority.

Job Description (JD)

• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons focused on vocational electrical engineering topics.
• Teach courses emphasizing hands-on skills, including:
• Basic Electrical Wiring and Installations
• Electrical Equipment Maintenance
• Circuit Design and Troubleshooting
• Industrial Automation (e.g., PLCs, SCADA)
• Motor Control Systems
• Conduct practical training sessions in workshops or labs, ensuring students gain hands-on experience.
• Demonstrate the safe use of electrical tools, instruments, and equipment.
• Assess and evaluate students' practical and theoretical knowledge through tests, assignments, and project work.

2. Work Location

• Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers - 6th floor, Rustomjee Cambridge International School, Near Panchganga, Rabodi, Thane West, 400601

3. Experience Required

• Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in electrical systems, installations, or maintenance.
• Previous teaching or vocational training experience is preferred.

Educational and Professional Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering Vocational/Technical certification in electrical trades (preferred).
• Teaching or training certification (e.g., NCVT, B.Ed, or equivalent) is an advantage.

4. Working Days & Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

5. Interview Pattern

• Round 1: Interview with Departmental Coordinator
• Round 2: Interview with the Academic coordinator with Demo session with academic team.
• Round 3: Practical demonstration (skill assessment).
• Round 4: Final Interview with COO.

6. Salary Budget

• Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.
• Up to ₹2,40,000 to 3,00,000 per annum.
