We are now inviting an ambitious professional to join us as an Executive – assistant to Promoter’s Office. This role offers a rare opportunity to work at the core of a dynamic family business, supporting the Promoter in driving key initiatives, managing priorities, and ensuring seamless execution across diverse businesses.



📌 Role Overview

As part of the Promoter’s Office, you will act as the central point of coordination – managing schedules, tracking key initiatives, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely decision-making. This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership and gain unmatched exposure across businesses.

✨ Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Promoter’s calendar, appointments, and delegate decisions
  • Act as a communication bridge between the Promoter, internal teams, and external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and organize important documents, reports, and presentations
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity
  • Track ongoing projects, follow up with teams, and ensure timely execution
  • Provide support in both business and personal commitments when required


🔎 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience (Executive Assistant, Business Coordinator, or similar roles preferred)
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Must understand professional processes and concepts
  • Tech-savvy (MS Office, Google Workspace, project tracking tools)
  • Highly trustworthy, proactive, and discreet
