Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative Support: Assist in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Help prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documentation. Handle routine correspondence and communication under supervision. 2. Coordination & Communication: Support communication between the manager and other departments or clients. Help coordinate meetings, events, and conferences for seamless execution. Track and follow up on key deliverables and deadlines. 3. Operational Assistance: Assist in planning and executing projects or initiatives. Monitor and report on project tasks and timelines. Address routine operational issues and escalate them as needed. 4. Lead Management: Filter and sort incoming leads to identify priority clients. Manage initial client interactions and gather relevant information. Assist in maintaining accurate client data and ensuring follow-up actions are completed. 5. Data Management: Maintain records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner. Collect and summarize data to assist in decision-making processes. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information. 6. Problem-Solving: Identify minor workflow challenges and propose solutions. Assist in improving efficiency through recommendations and observations. 7. Client Interaction & Support: Provide basic client support and address inquiries under supervision. Collaborate with the team to enhance client satisfaction and resolve concerns. 8. General Support: Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and share follow-up actions. Provide support in day-to-day operational tasks and special projects. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
