Assistant to Director

As a Management Trainee at our organization, you will undergo an intensive training program where you will gain hands-on experience in various departments. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Directors, Senior Management, learn business operations, and develop a broad understanding of the company's overall strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Participate in on-the-job training in various departments to gain a broad understanding of the company's operations. - Work with Directors, Managers, and Supervisors to learn departmental functions and procedures, and how they contribute to the overall organization. - Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned by the Directors. - Coordinating with Clients & Vendors. - Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties. - Learn to analyze data and make recommendations for process improvements. - Learn to manage and coordinate projects with cross-functional teams. - Attend meetings, seminars, and training sessions to learn about new products or services and stay up-to-date on industry trends. - Demonstrate commitment to achieving company goals and objectives. Qualifications Required: - MBA from a reputed institute. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work well in a team environment. - High level of initiative and self-motivation. - Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
