The After Sales Engineer is responsible for ensuring technical service for breakdowns are handled for restoration of compressed air as per service level agreements. Ensuring regular service, maintenance activities and collections as per schedule in the geographies assigned is critical to the role holder. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for achievement of aftermarket targets for spares and service.
- B.E /B.Tech.
- Experience of 3 to 9 years in aftermarket sales of compressors.
- Should possess knowledge of diagnostic methods, tools & techniques.
- Should have experience in managing teams.
1. Responsible for ensuring restoration of compressed air at customer site in the event of compressor breakdown.
2. Responsible for ensuring completion of regular service activities, documentation, other aftermarket activities.
3. Responsible for achieving aftermarket targets for servicing, AMCs, spares, etc.
4. Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction index targets.
5. Responsible for overseeing aftermarket operations of assigned dealerships.
6. Supervise service team for achieving service and spares sales targets as per plan.
