Assistant Technology Manager

As an Assistant Technology Manager in the GTI Strategy and Architecture team at Deutsche Bank, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of the technology portfolio. Your primary responsibility will involve leading the design and development of solutions to enhance operational processes within the Technology Management team. Effective project management skills and collaboration with various teams and stakeholders will be key to supporting the standardization of the technology portfolio. - Analyze system data to derive actionable insights for critical business areas, highlighting trends and patterns to guide management decisions. - Present insights visually through dashboards, reports, and presentations tailored for leadership consumption. - Take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and delivering high-quality results. - Identify and address blockers, escalate delays or risks, and drive projects to successful completion. - Implement quality assurance protocols for deliverables to ensure compliance with organizational standards and alignment with business goals. - Plan projects, allocate resources, assess risks, and monitor progress to meet organizational objectives. - Advocate for strong IT asset management policies, ensuring compliance with governance standards and mitigating risks associated with obsolescence and unauthorized usage. - Enhance business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement workflow improvements to boost productivity and outcomes. - Collaborate with global teams to drive common organizational goals, fostering synergy and alignment. - Drive innovation through program delivery and integration of cutting-edge solutions. - Proactively identify risks associated with new processes or IT solutions and develop mitigation strategies. - Cultivate strong relationships with senior stakeholders, effectively prioritizing their requirements and aligning with business objectives. - Act as a thought leader in promoting Technology Management strategies and driving programs aligned with long-term business goals. Qualifications Required: - Proven expertise as a Business Analyst with the ability to analyze complex data and translate it into meaningful business insights. - Solid experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and issue resolution. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for creating reports and visuals. - Hands-on experience with technical tools such as Macro, Access, VBA, and Tableau for analytics and automation. - Familiarity with IT asset management practices and tools to support governance and compliance initiatives.,
