Job Description

Roles& Responsibilities

Facilitates and assists the plan approval process for NB & ConversionProjects.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., planning,engineering, legal) to facilitate the approval process.
Maintain accurate records of plan submissions, approvals,revisions, and correspondence.
Prepare reports summarizing approval status, issuesencountered, and resolutions.
Identify issues or discrepancies in submitted plans and workwith stakeholders to resolve them promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for project teams and externalstakeholders regarding plan submissions and approvals.
Assist in Procurement, Logistics

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in engineering, or a related field (orequivalent experience).
Proven experience in plan approval, approval coordination,or a similar role within marine or new ship building.
Good organizational skills.
Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability toprioritize tasks.
Great customer service attitude.
Fluency and proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in IT andexperience with using all relevant Microsoft office software
