The Role:This role is critical in ensuring compliance, optimizing asset management, driving engineering reliability, and upholding the highest standards in quality and regulatory compliance in partnership with the Facilities ManagerAs the Assistant Technical Manager, you will provide subject matter expertise in regulated environments, ensure adherence to our client specific and global standards, and act as a key liaison between delivery teams, the client, and partners.

Duties

Asset & Maintenance ManagementImplement the Asset Management strategy across the sites in alignment with the facility manager and account strategyTechnical Leadership & Engineering OperationsProvide daily technical direction to site teams, vendors, and contractorsClient & Stakeholder EngagementServe as the primary site-level technical point of contactRisk Management & Reliability EngineeringExecute reliability engineering strategies to minimize equipment downtimeSkills Required:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering preferableDemonstrated engineering experience in pharmaceutical or medical device environmentsExperience managing compliance audits and CAPA investigations in regulated facilitiesProficiency in CMMS and technical documentation systemsProven track record in reliability-centered maintenance and engineering risk mitigationExperience supporting ISO, or similar quality systemsStrong technical leadership with ability to influenceDetail-oriented with focus on compliance and procedural adherenceData-driven decision-making and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to various audiences
