Job Description

Assistant Manager Talent Aquisition

Field & Mass Recruitment and In House recruitment

Total experience required

Qualification:

Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
5–6 years of experience in in-house or corporate recruitment
Proven track record of handling mid to senior-level hiring
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean search, and recruitment tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for in-house positions across departments (Fleet, IT, Operations, Support, SCM etc.)
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop hiring strategies
Create and post job descriptions across relevant job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates using job boards (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), employee referrals, and internal databases
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job criteria and organizational fit
Schedule and coordinate interviews with functional heads and leadership
Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback
Drive offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple roles simultaneously
