Job Description

Job Title:

Asst. Manager – Operations & Logistics Coordination

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a central coordination point between
sales, logistics, distribution, and business finance
teams
Manage and streamline
transportation and logistics workflows
across multiple regions
Ensure smooth backend operations by bridging cross-functional communication gaps
Utilize
SAP HANA
for transaction monitoring, exception reporting, and business analysis
Prepare and deliver high-quality
MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations
Lead a small operations team, drive task execution, and monitor progress on deliverables
Implement and improve
business coordination mechanisms
between departments to support commercial functions

Desired Candidate Profile:

Prior work experience at the
Head Office of Adhesives or Paints
is
preferred
5–10 years of experience in
business operations, logistics coordination
, or
HO support functions
Strong operational knowledge of
transportation, distribution, and coordination processes
Proficient in SAP HANA
, especially in operations and MIS/reporting
Advanced skills in
Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proven ability in
team handling and interdepartmental coordination
Exposure to
nationwide logistics or backend distribution strategy
is preferred
